Trouble Reporting and Resolution: In the case of an outage or issue, the consortium can call our tech support number 425-233-6994 or email techsupport@obrienbusinessgroup.com.
The helpdesk is staffed Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If the support falls outside of this time or an engineer does not answer the phone we have an emergency pager tied to the helpdesk number that pages an assigned engineer 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
During non-business hours a dedicated engineer will be assigned support calls and will be on call to resolve issues for the consortium. In the case of an emergency, the consortium will receive immediate response between 6 AM and 10 PM. Emergencies outside of this time will be responded to within 2 hours but we will make every effort to respond sooner.
