2009 – 2010 NCEA DATA BOOKLETS: Thank you to all schools for presenting accurate data for our annual census collection. NCEA Data Booklets will be available for both the principals and school pastors at the Thursday, January 14th, 2010 Principals’ Meeting at the Palisades Retreat Center.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY: On January 29, 2010 the Washington State Holocaust Education Resource Center will be offering a one day seminar for educators: “Creating Change: Teaching about the Holocaust and Genocide.” We work with many teachers within the Archdiocese and would like to let these teachers, and others, know about this upcoming opportunity. Such seminars are critical to helping educators teach this sensitive and often overwhelming subject, effectively. Please consider forwarding this message to teachers who might be interested.
