• Traditional American Folk Music Assemblies for Catholic School Week

    Dear Washington Educator:

I'll be presenting school assemblies in Washington during Catholic Schools Week, January 28 - February 1, 2013.

For over two decades, I have presented multi-cultural "Singing Through History!" folk music assemblies and classroom programs at schools and libraries across the United States.

These highly entertaining and educational programs aid in the development of cultural and historical literacy, emphasizing the importance of history as a story well told. Students have a great time learning about American folklore and folk traditions while singing along.

All programs are designed to encourage group singing and interactivity, and are tailored to be age appropriate for any combination of grades. I have programs for elementary schools, middle schools and high schools as well.

With over a dozen entertaining assembly programs, I can easily perform two different 45-60 minute assemblies in a back-to-back booking.

My fee is $695 for one assembly, $795 for two back-to-back assemblies, and $995 for three (in one location). There are no additional fees!

Please contact me to schedule assemblies at your school. I look forward to singing with you and your students!
