Updated Annual Data Reports Available to School Leaders

Dear School Leaders,

There is a new look to the 2012 School Data Annual Reports on the My SCL page. This report allows schools leaders to filter and sort the annual data collection more comprehensively to assist schools with future planning and a deeper sense of data analysis.

1) View your School Data - Please click on your school's name or use the magnifying glass to view the data of the local school in isolation. Printing capabilities are available by section or through a full summary.

2) Advanced Search – NEW!!! After clicking on Advanced Search, please follow the prompt asking "What are you looking for?" Use the search features to choose a year, choose a deanery, or choose a section that you are interested in studying. Sections include: Data Summary, School Programs, School Locations, School Ethnicity, Students by Grade, Staff Ethnicity, Staff Religion, Financial Data, and Salary and Contract Days. Each section has an additional drop-down box with specific choices to select, i.e., School Programs - Title 1, Free/Reduced Breakfast, Free/Reduced Lunch, Transportation, etc.

3) Export to Excel – This is an efficient way to export data and statistics into any of your core school documents.
