Implementing the Common Core K-8 Math Standards

This one-day workshop includes the following training for teachers implementing the Common Core (CC) math standards.
• Introduce the critical areas of the CC standards at each grade level K-8
• Support K-8 teachers in how to best use their existing classroom textbooks to teach the CC
• Learn how to develop and implement Common Core assessments
• Understand how to implement standard-based grading and reporting
• Learn how to track and report student progress on the math standards to mastery
• Learn how to use student data to plan weekly instructional strategies/differentiation techniques
