OSPI: Enrollment and Staff Report - due December 2nd

Update as of 11/25/13 - 63 of our 74 schools have submitted their P105B reports to OSPI - per Laura Moore, OSPI, Private Education Department.
For those of you who have not submitted the reports, you need to log into the EDS System (http://eds.ospi.k12.wa.us/ and, under view my applications, select P105B. The staff report is a tab at the top of the page when it opens. If you do not have an extension program (serving home-based instruction students), DO NOT FILL OUT THE P105HB.

All approved private schools, even the new schools, have to report enrollment as of October 1. Failure to report enrollment can mean loss of approval. Both reports are due the afternoon of December 2. With the holidays fast approaching, please don’t wait until the last minute.
