Teachscape – Observation/Formation On-Line Tool

Co-Hort One Principals met with Dr. Susan Abelein to create the on-line tool for Teacher Formation Walk-Throughs. During the rich conversation and energetic collaboration among 16 principals, vice-principals and academic deans, this group designed great templates for our use. Susan will meet with this group again next week for more in-depth review and practice using the tool and how to have subsequent conversations with teachers. Currently, Co-Hort Two membership is full and scheduled for training in September.
