• 2014 - 2015 School Data... Reports are coming for you!

Thank you for your attention to complete the Fall Annual School Data Collection (NCEA) in a timely way. The tool is now closed for the year.

Our OCS Tech Team is now creating the 2014-2015 Annual Data reports for each school, each region, and roll-up reports showcasing all 74 schools. Once these reports are ready for your view, the online links in MyDesk will be turned back on so access is available for the annual data reports and the longitudinal reports accurately reflecting the October 1, 2014 student enrollment information. We will communicate back to you when the reports will be ready electronically.

At the Thursday, October 23 Principal Leadership meeting, each school will be given 2 copies of the 2014 School Annual Data Report in paper format. (One copy for the Principal and one copy for the School Pastor or the School President). Please note, the paper version is a basic, limited overview of the 2014-15 data. The comprehensive view of the data collection will always be found online in MyDesk.

Special thank you to Vireak Ath, Technical Specialist at the OCS, for his countless hours assisting schools leaders and their delegates to successfully enter in and out of the online tools. If at any time you need assistance with the OCS online tools, please contact Vireak directly at vireak.ath@seattlearch.org or call 206-264-2080.
