Thank you for your collective efforts to secure accurate information for the Fall ITBS and IOWA achievement tests these past two weeks. I am hearing "Alleluia" from the testing coordinators as they meticulously pack up the student answer sheets and diligently send them off to Riverside Scoring Center. Our goal is to have all 50 schools use their pre-paid FedEX routing slips to get your boxes in the mail ASAP.
Next steps:
1) If you have any questions or issues about packing up your student answer sheets, please call or email Valerie Kosinski, Riverside Publishing, so she can assist you efficiently.
2) Once the Riverside Scoring Center has inventoried your boxes, you should have access to your data through iRM or Data Manager in 7-10 working days.
- The 28 IOWA schools can go into Data Manager now to orient you and your faculty to the new database. Resources are available to you now in the IOWA: Form E CCSS Consortium online forum.
- The 22 ITBS schools can go into the two databases to review past data as you prepare for the 14-15 data. Please visit the Consortiums tab for full resources.
3) The Office for Catholic Schools will receive the roll-up achievement data 7-10 days after ALL 50 schools have been processed, so please let's work together to get the results quickly.
4) Please hold:Tuesday, December 2nd will be our Post-Test Data day here at the large and small Isaac Orr Conference rooms. An invitation and registration will be coming you your school soon so as we break open our results together.
Special thank you to all of our testing coordinators for their thoughtful engagement throughout the testing window. The questions have been excellent and we are learning so much together!
Blessings today,
Sandy
