2014 -2015 Data Reports are Ready for Use!

Dear School Leaders,

The final version of the 2014-2015 School Data Book is now available for downloading in My Desk under Reports.

The 2014 School Data Annual Reports are now updated and available at http://www.ocsww.org/apps/ncea Each school has eight years of reporting available - to print your annual data report, please click Print All Sections. The new Indices section needs to be printed separately if desired. Also, the Advanced Search and the Excel features are still being refined and not available at this time. If there is a need for a large Excel data pull, please contact us through OCS@seattlearch.org.

The 2014 Longitudinal School Data link has been updated and available at http://www.ocsww.org/school-data/longitudinal.php Each school can print off the PDF version of the report. Please note that the new regional configuration is not available at this time. It is an OCS project for the new year.

The 2014 Instructional Materials Search has been updated and can be found at http://www.ocsww.org/school-data/ins...nal-materials/. Thank you for those schools who updated their Math and Religion instructional materials. Remember, you can search by grade, by subject, by deanery and create a PDF summary of instructional materials being used within our Archdiocese.

The 2014 Technology Reports are available at: http://www.ocsww.org/apps/techsurvey We now have four years of information so it is interesting to review tech patterns and trends within our schools.

The 2014 Assessment Search has been updated and can be found at http://www.ocsww.org/school-data/assessments/ Again, these tools will be updated to reflect the new regional configuration later this year.

Currently, the OCS Tech Team, is working on two major projects: 1) The archdiocesan database roll-up of the 2014 ITBS and IOWA Consortia Achievement Tests taken in late October, and 2) The Indices of Vitality Reports that will be highlighted at the January 22 Principal/Pastor Leadership meeting.
