Dear Principal,
Please find attached to this email information regarding our interim pay program for your benefit eligible school support staff which will provide pay over 12 months.
Included:
1.An introductory letter to you;
2.A template letter for your eligible staff;
3.Instructions for using our secured cloud file sharing program “Box” along with how the staff should record their work time.
Steps:
·Please familiarize yourself with the documents
·Identify your qualifying employees (if any) you wish to enroll
·Meet or otherwise communicate with your identified eligible staff member(s) and explain the system and present their letter
·Complete the employee letter(s) to eligible staff with a copy returned to HR via email (HR@seattlearch.org). Returning the copy to HR is critical and will begin the rest of the process.
