Aesop Substitute Management

Aesop is the new system for substitute management. The Affordable Care Act has placed the responsibility of tracking worker hours on the company. For Level I schools this means that we must track substitute hours across all our schools. Also, for the Archdiocese, the monitoring for Background Checks and Safe Environment Training has been difficult for substitutes. Aesop will make it easier for schools to manage Substitutes and will offer a more inviting system for substitutes to work in our schools.
