Wrapping up the Fall Testing Window for 49 Schools

Dear ITBS and IOWA Testing Consortia Leadership,

Shhh! We are wrapping up Fall testing this week!

Testing Coordinators, thank you for ensuring the proper care and handling of testing administration at our 49 schools. Please remember our new carrier is UPS so when you have packed up your school's answers sheets and documentation per the Riverside directions, please call UPS to schedule your free pick up.

Once Riverside Scoring Center has validated and processed your school's data, we anticipate local school data will be available in Data Manager within 7-10 days. Please be prompt so we can secure the Consortium roll-up data in a timely way. When the 49th school submits their documentation, THEN, and only then, will the archdiocesan roll-up data begin. Thank you for helping meet the goal of having Fall data quickly!

Dear IOWA Data Teams,

All 30 IOWA schools will be receiving a new report from Riverside Publishing called the Class Item Analysis Report. This report is intended to provide an additional perspective for the class level breakdown of subject specific analysis. I have attached a PDF example below for your review.

Please note: We had a conflict with our date so I am working on a new calendar date. We will study this new report more in-depth at our Post-Testing training and practicing data day. (Registration will be coming out soon! Thank you!

Additional note: At our September Pre-Test meeting, some schools were interested in viewing another optional score report called the Class Items Response Record. Valerie Kosinski has sent us a PDF copy for your review. The cost for this report is $1.51 per student (includes the 25% discount). Valerie encourages our schools to wait and receive the reports that will automatically ship along with Data Manager before selecting to purchase another report.
