    Dear School Leaders,

    Thank you for sharing your Fall data information with us and now we are in report-building mode.

    Please go to MyDesk>School Data Annual Reports>Select YOUR School
    You will see Data Sections that include: School Info, Enrollment, Faculty, Budget, Indicators (Indices), Salary, Instructional Materials, Assessments, and PRINT All Sections. We have school data reports from 2008 through 2015.

    View your data - Please click on your school's name or use the magnifying glass to view the data of the local school. Printing capabilities are available by section or full summary.

    Please go to MyDesk>School Data Annual Reports> Advanced Search to see your data in the context of the region or the whole. The School Data Browser allows our schools leaders to view annual data collection more comprehensively to assist schools with future planning.
    Advanced Search – Using Advanced Search: choose a year, choose a region, and choose a section that you are interested in studying. Sections include: Data Summary, School programs, School Locations, School Ethnicity, Students by Grade, Staff Ethnicity, Staff Religions, and Financial Data.
    The School Programs section can also provide you more details about:
    Title I,
    Free/Reduced Breakfast,
    Free/Reduced Lunch,
    Transportation,
    Does the school have a Board, Commission or Council
    Has Extended Day
    Has waiting list
    Has Internet access
    Received E-Rate,
    Applied for E-Rate,
    Has a formalized parish Subsidy Formula
    Has a Regional Formalized Parish Subsidy Formula.

    Export to Excel – efficient way to export specific data and statistics into any of your core school documents.

    Currently, the OCS Tech Team is now developing the 2015-2016 Annual School Data Book which each school will receive on November 19 at the Principals' Leadership Meeting.
