A Men & Women's Faith Sharing Retreat Weekend
Retreat Focus: Is your heart stirred by sacred poetry? On this week-end, we will have the opportunity to discover some of the best and to see where it leads us. While reflection on the poetry of great spiritual writers will be the primary focus, there will also be an opportunity to write. We hope to include retreatants who, humbly, consider themselves as poets, as well as those who don’t.
The beautiful setting of Far-A-Way Retreat is ideal for prayer, faith-sharing, and soulful walks on the beach. Come with your favorite spiritual poem or two and listen for God’s voice in the wilderness. It will be a small retreat with limited space. Register now!
Retreat Leader: Pam McCauley, MPA, is the Program and Volunteer Coordinator at the Palisades. She has been leading retreats for the past four years at the Palisades and Far-A-Way, bringing her experiences and faith to the retreat program. Pam came to Palisades after working for 10 years at St. Michael Parish in Olympia and is the mother of five children. She has a love of poetry and understands the challenges of making time for prayer and reflection in the midst of a busy life.
