Catholic Educators Forum - Follow Up

Many thanks to those who participated in our Catholic Educators Forum, “Questioning for Deeper Understanding.” Our presenters, Jackie Walsh and Beth Acree, offered us the grounding principles for rich discussion and strategies for moving our students to this deep understanding. From teacher reflections, four themes came through: intentionality, practice, consistency and focus. Jackie and Beth focused on providing structures and protocols, and they modeled great teaching. We thank all participants, our speakers and most especially the hosting schools Holy Rosary, Edmonds, and St. Michael, Olympia, and their staffs and principals, Sue Venable and Connor Geraghty.Survey will be emailed this week.
