Preparing for Spring MAP Testing

No time like the present to start thinking about the rostering for the Spring MAP test. Just a reminder that all schools who took the assessment in Fall are required to participate in the Spring testing.


Rosters are due to the Office for Catholic School by March 31, 2017.
Every school is required to import a new roster for each new testing season. Please send the complete roster to vireak.ath@seattlearch.org.

Every school should already have a built roster from either Fall or Winter testing.
If you required a new template, please use the links below:

Student Roster Template: SchoolName_City_CI Template.csv
Special Program Template: SchoolName_City_SP Template.csv
Additional User Template: SchoolName_City_AU Template.csv

Note: the only acceptable file formatting for MAP roster import is .csv (comma delimited)

OCS has a record of your school's roster file from fall and winter testing. If you would like to request for the file and update them, please send an email to vireak.ath@seattlearch.org.
