    Our Lenten journey has begun!

Our first stop will be India, where your students will encounter Raj and Megha Singh, who have learned innovative new farming techniques to provide for their families—even during flooding. In exploring their story, students will also learn about the Catholic social teaching principle, Option for the Poor.

You don’t need to collect passports to bring your students to India. Just follow these links:

    · The Singh Family's Story of Hope: Read the Singh’s story as a class, or show their video, to introduce your students to this hardworking family.
    · Lesson Plans & Activity Sheets: Click on your grade and scroll to this week’s country to find what you need to delve deeper into this week’s story and Catholic social teaching principle.
