Christ in the Classroom Program - Catechetical Certification for Catholic Schools
The new catechetical certification program for Catholic schools, Christ in the Classroom Program, (CIC) is beginning to launch this Fall. While there is a two-year roll-out of this new program, please know that we recognize that this is a significant shift which might cause some confusion. This link is intended to help communicate the purpose, the approach, and the CIC implementation plan for our Catholic schools.
Many schools will be participating in their LOCAL Christ in the Classroom Foundation Retreats this Friday, October 6th, in lieu of Teacher Excellence Day. We look forward to the feedback from our school leaders and the teaching faculty as we grow in the Christ in the Classroom Program. Please remember to complete the CIC Retreat surveymonkey when your local CIC Retreat concludes to share feedback and secure your clock hours certification. Thank you!
