Good News from the Missions Office about Rice Bowl

Please be on the lookout for a mailing sent this week from us in the Missions Office which includes a case from Catholic Relief Services with both a CD-ROM and a DVD. The CD-ROM contains educational resources in English and Spanish to help you implement Operation Rice Bowl (ORB) in your faith community and coordinate your Lenten activities. The DVD contains videos in English and Spanish to help you promote ORB and educate your faith community about the work of Catholic Relief Services around the world.

As you and colleagues prepare for the Lenten season, you might want to visit the Catholic Relief Services ORB web site: http://orb.crs.org. One can find there the online version of all the print materials, plus more downloadable resources for parish ministries and education programs, school classrooms, and individual and household activities and prayer (e.g. bulletin announcements and insert to use before or at the start of Lent).
