Apple Mobile Devices in the Classroom: How to impact student achievement in a matter of weeks
Tuesday, April 19th 2011 8:00AM to 12:00PM
The iPod Touch and iPad are having a significant impact on academic achievement. This four hour session is designed to provide the justification, information and framework needed to begin a pilot today.
The magical thing about the iPod touch and iPad is that they just work and when you apply them in an educational setting, spectacular results can be achieved. Apple has worked with several school districts to help them get successful pilots launched and these districts are now seeing tremendous academic results. This four hour event will review those results, explain how they were achieved, outline a framework for implementing an initial pilot, and help prepare the foundation needed to manage a large scale deployment.
