• can teach to the 4th grade curriculum as defined by Washington State and the Common Core standards
• uses a variety of instructional strategies, assessments and technologies to meet the diverse needs of each student.
• can effectively communicate with an active parent community.
• is a practicing Catholic who uses the teachings of Christ in creating a supportive environment for children and families
• is willing to add value to the community using their gifts and talents outside the classroom.
