Q: Where should I submit my application for tuition assistance?
A: Submit a completed form and documentation to the school where your child will be attending. The Fulcrum Foundation will not accept an application unless it is recommended and forwarded by the school your child will attend.
Q: I have two children, and they attend different Catholic Schools. Should I make different applications to each school?
A: Yes, each school needs a complete application package (the application form and copies of necessary documents).
