Dear Amazing DESTINY Library Consortium members,
It is almost time for your to take your recreational reading to the beach so I wanted to update you with updated guidance from our Follett-DESTINY representative, Stan Winters, Follett, regarding the transition of Destiny server hosting that will happen in the summer.
Welcome to the end of the school year and a change in how we deliver Destiny to your libraries. As you know, we will be moving your Destiny site from Puget Sound ESD to Follett’s own servers. This change is scheduled to happen sometime in July. There will be a few days in July when Destiny will be down, as we move the actual data. We would like to ask you to complete anything you want to do in Destiny by the end of June. We’ll send out a notice when the work has been completed and soon you’ll be able to log in again. What you’ll find when you log into your Destiny site will be…. Exactly what you saw when it was hosted at Puget Sound ESD.
