Dear IOWA and ITBS Consortium Leaders and Testing Coordinators,

49 schools will be testing during the window of October 15 - 30. Special thank you to our testing coordinators for preparing us for success. Please refer to your Administrator's packet received at the September Pre-Test meeting. All directions are included in your school's packet.

Once your school finishes testing, we ask each testing coordinator to follow directions carefully to pack up ALL student answer sheets with accurate labels and forms as you prepare to send to Riverside Publishing via UPS. The shipping labels are in your folders so by flowing the directions there should be no cost to the school for shipping.

IMPORTANT: We ask each school to call UPS for pick up on or before November 2. Once Riverside Scoring Center receives your student answer sheet boxes and begins processing your scores, your school should have results within 7 -10 days. OCS will receive roll-up testing data 7 to 10 days after the final school's testing boxes are secured at Riverside Publishing, Chicago. Please help us secure the roll-up data in a timely way by sending your boxes quickly and accurately to Riverside.
