Jump Rope for Heart and Hoops for Heart are the American Heart Association’s education-based programs designed to engage elementary and middle school students in exercise while promoting a service learning program for the school community to support lifesaving heart and stroke research. This educational program help teach physical fitness and promotes the value of community service to students and their families. Each participating school will receive 14 jump ropes or a basketball, curriculum support, bookmarks, stickers, and a step by step guide on how to run an event.
