TO: All Principals and NCEA data editors
FROM: Sandy Smith
Thank you for submitting your data for the annual NCEA data report. CSD is preparing for the publication of the School Data Book for this academic year. This paper version will be distributed in the next few weeks.
Longitudinal school data is now online. It is now easy and informative to compare your data with previous years and also with other schools. Here is how: At SeeCelebrateAndLive.org, log on, and click the new Principals Area. Under Reports header, select Longitudinal School Data. You can look at data by All schools, by a Deanery, or by a School. Click here.
The following is the list of the five tabs used to specify an area of interest coupled with a typical question you might answer under that tab.

Salary Note: Salary information is not shown in the Longitudinal Reports. Your personal salary is seen only by you and your delegate. It is, however, used to calculate the reported average for your deanery.
Per-Pupil Tax Note: October 1 was the deadline for reporting enrollment for the NCEA data report. The reported enrollment numbers from that day are used to calculate the annual per-pupil assessment for the following academic year.
