Pentecost: Celebration of Ministry Day for 2012 – 2013

Dear Principals,

Archbishop Sartain has asked a committee of church and school leaders to develop Pentecost: Celebration of Ministry Day for the 2012 – 2013 school year. While the development of this day is still unfolding, I want to share this invitation that all Catholic schools principals will be invited to attend or send their delegate to this Pentecost celebration on May 10, 2013. Principals will be asked to send the names of teachers/administrators from their schools who should be recognized for their ministry/service. These would include long years of service, other awards, or other kinds of recognition. There will be banners and written inserts in programs that recognize specific ministries within the schools.
