2012 Hurricane Sandy Catholic Education Fund
In response to inquiries about how to help people in our Catholic education community affected by Hurricane Sandy, the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) has developed a partnership with Catholic Charities USA to most efficiently get help to our colleagues. Together, we have established the 2012 Hurricane Sandy Catholic Education Fund. NCEA has informed the dioceses that experienced hurricane-related damage of the availability of this fund and how those who need help can access it.
Here is how you can participate and help:
- Individuals, schools, corporations, or others may contribute.
- Gifts may be made only by check or credit card.
- To contribute via a check; make a notation on the check and/or on accompanying correspondence noting that the gift is designated for the 2012 Hurricane Sandy Catholic Education Fund. Make checks payable to Catholic Charities USA and mail to:
