Implementing the Common Core K-8 Math Standards
This one day workshop includes the following training for teachers implementing the Common Core (CC) math standards.
Introduce the critical areas of the CC standards at each grade level K-8
Support K-8 teachers in how to best use their existing classroom textbooks to teach the CC
Learn how to develop and implement Common Core assessments
Understand how to implement standard-based grading and reporting
Learn how to track and report student progress on the math standards to mastery
Learn how to use student data to plan weekly instructional strategies/differentiation techniques
