Teacher Excellence Day Information and Registration Update

Wow! Principals and teachers, take a big bow! We have had a wonderful response. As of this moment in time, we have logged 1,411 registrations for Teacher Excellence Day! Many thanks to all for responding so quickly to our email request! We established the initial deadline as Tuesday, August 27 in order for us to make arrangements with our host schools Bishop Blanchet High School and Bellarmine Preparatory School.

And, we have had emails from teachers thanking us for the changes…the two locations, at our own sites, the variety of breakout sessions, and most of all, starting our year together with Mass. We begin our year of learning with grateful hearts! Amen!

What to expect now?

• Forgot to register? We will run name tags on Wednesday, September 4. If anyone has not registered, please know that there is still time.

• Principals - By Wednesday, September 11, you will receive a packet with name tags and participant list with breakout sessions information.

• Teacher presenters – Each teacher presenter will receive information about the number of enrolled participants and room assignments. We encourage all teacher presenters to arrive at the schools by 7:00 A.M. This gives presenters time to set up and test the technology. Presenters will be given a password for internet access. We ask presenters to bring their own laptops. Each room will have a projector available. Tech assistance will be available from 7:00 – 8:30 A.M.
