• Action Required: Update CSED

    Dear Principals,

    The Catholic Schools Employee Database (CSED) now plays a vital communication role for our office. Each principal should review this list for accuracy as we start the school year. Any of your staff assigned to the role of School Administrator of CSED will also be contacted by email today.

    Below is a reminder of the four steps needed to complete this task. If you need additional assistance on any step, click here for our detailed tutorial.

    Step 1. Open your browser to our website ocsww.org and log in.

    Step 2. Click on My Desk then CS Employee Database (CSED) (under Tools).

    Step 3. From the Dashboard, you can see your list on the screen by clicking EMPLOYEE LIST or click DOWNLOAD/EXPORT to get a file to print.

    Step 4. Do editing actions (don’t forget to Save after each edit):
    To Add an employee, click [+]
    To Edit employee information, click the pencil by their name
    To Edit an employee position, click the pencil by their Position
    To Delete/Terminate an employee, click the red shield in the right side column.
    Please be sure your CSED list is accurate before October 1, when we will be creating our lists for the Teacher Mailing. If you need further assistance, email: ocs@seattlearch.org or call 206-264-2080 and ask for Vireak.

    PS: At your next faculty meeting, encourage your employees to update their Portfolios (CSEP). Employees can log in, click on My Desk, then CS Employee Portfolio (CSEP) (under Tools). Your local CSED administrator can reset employee passwords if needed.
