Call for Presenters!

Yes, it is early, but we want to get a jump on this great day!

Do you have a creative view on your world? Do you have a new idea that is working beautifully in your classroom and you would like to share it? Consider sharing your gift with your colleagues at our Teacher Excellence Day, October 3, 2014.

What might you share? Some possibilities…
• Consider your recent accreditation experience and all the paperwork…yes, the Self-Study, the evidence and the resulting visiting team report. What did you learn about yourselves? What did you take for granted that all other schools are doing, that you now realize is unique to your school? For what areas did you receive commendations? Now consider how many more schools could learn from your experience and/or program(s).
• Did you receive a Start Grant from the Fulcrum Foundation? Here is your opportunity to share your learning with us all!
• HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS! We hope you offer your expertise and share with your fellow high school teachers!
• SPECIALISTS! We want to nurture the good work you do, but we need art, music, drama, PE teachers to take the plunge and offer your time and talent! We have so many gifts to share – and the key word is “share”!

What is the commitment:
This year, we hope our presenters can offer two sessions of 50 minutes each. Our stipend for the two sessions will increase to $175.
