| Learn about the chemicals of concern Washington State is finding in children's products. Joshua Grice,Toxics Research Analyst, will provide a deep dive into the data collected by Washington State. He specializes in chemicals in consumer products and has spent the past four years working on the Washington Department of Ecology's Reducing Toxic Threats Initiative. He focuses on developing procedures to test products and enforce the chemical reporting requirements of the Children's Safe Product Act. Prior to that, he worked on the startup of E-Cycle Washington, one of the nation's first extended producer responsibility programs for end-of-life-electronics. He holds a Masters in Public Affairs from the School of Public & Environmental Affairs at Indiana University, and a Bachelor's in History of Science from the University of Wisconsin. |
