Safe Environment Verification - 2014

ARCHDIOCESAN SCHOOLS - In light of recent events this spring, the Verification Deadline has be extended until June 15^th. Please make sure both forms of verification (signed verification form and entering attendance numbers) are completed before school is out. Please note there are separate packets for Elementary Schools and Secondary Schools.

LEVEL II INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS – Please note there is a specific packet for Level II (Independent) Schools.
