There are many new teachers who have not yet logged into HRInTouch to enroll in their benefits. Will you please remind them that if they haven’t enrolled yet they need to do it as soon as possible?
If new employees do not enroll by October 1, Benefits Services will enroll them into the Christian Brothers PPO medical, Delta Dental and VSP plans as employee only and they cannot make changes to those plans until next open enrollment unless they have a life status change. We prefer not to enroll them this way because we want them to be aware of their employer-paid benefits and give them the opportunity to sign up for optional benefits and indicate their beneficiaries for life insurance.
The enrollment website is www.seattlearchbenefits.hrintouch.com. They should have already received a packet in the mail from Benefits Services giving them information about how to log in and enroll. If they have questions or did not receive a packet they can call Benefits Services at 206-382-4566.
