Puget Sound Educational Service District is hiring a cadre of Puget Sound Teacher Leaders from all content areas to contribute to the conversation and engage other teachers in talking about implementation, connections and best practices for Common Core, Next Gen Science Standards, English Language Proficiency Standards, and Teacher Principal Evaluation Program.
Through this opportunity, teachers will experience: access to high quality, job-embedded professional learning led by practicing teachers, engage in a professional learning network of accomplished teacher leaders, clock hours and a $1,200 stipend.
We are especially interested in K-12 teachers using arts integration, teachers of English Language Learners in the general education classroom, science, STEM, social studies, math, CTE, and English language arts.
Teachers can choose a blogging or Twitter focus, however no prior experience is necessary. We are looking for current Teachers or Instructional Coaches in our region, that are passionate about teaching and learning and are able to participate in the associated activities, training sessions and meetings, who are friendly, conversational and are fast learners with a growth mindset.
