All About Math Games and Activities!
During this all day workshop, parents will learn how to support their student with math at home using fun, engaging activities, internet resources and games that all reinforce the new state math standards taught in the classrooms. Parents will walk away with all of the resources needed to support their student in mathematics the next day and years to come!

About the Presenter
Torrey Volk started her educational career teaching junior high Mathematics in Seattle, WA. After receiving her Masters Degree in Educational Technology, she began coaching teachers how to integrate technology into their classroom instruction. She then served as a Professional Development consultant in the areas of Research and Development in Mathematics and Technology Integration. Torrey is currently consulting onsite with K-8 schools in Washington State supporting the implementation of the state’s new Mathematics Standards.
