Professional Learning Communities

Last week, at the Principal/Pastor Meeting, principals were given Dufour and Dufour’s book, The School Leader’s Guide to Professional Learning Communities. Along with the book, you were given a study guide for use in your regional groups. I hope the study guide helps guide rich discussion regarding how each of you in your schools are working to establish or make stronger PLC process. The book contains many resources on line to help with the implementation. At the next Executive Principals’ Meeting, Wednesday, February 25, we will share how regions will guide this discussion.
