Dear School Leaders,
Thank you so much for your useful feedback expressed last Thursday at the Principals/Pastors Meeting at the Palisades Retreat Center. We are learning and we are most grateful for the thoughtful reflections and suggested next steps.
For those school leaders who were unable to attend our Thursday leadership meeting, you will be receiving your 2014-2015 Indices of Vitality Report, Indices Glossary of Terms, and Indices Overview in the mail this week.
If there are particular variances that occurred through the 2014-2015 Fall Data collection window, please send your inquiry to me directly and I will review your items with the OCS Tech Team and make necessary adjustments if feasible. We are unable to edit prior years' data of revenue and expense data for Level I schools based on the .80 roll-up documentation from Parish Financial Services (PFS).
We would request all variance requests come to the OCS via sandra.smith@seattlearch.org by Friday, February 6th. Once we revise an Indices of Vitality report, we will update our records and then send the revised Indices of Vitality report to the school leader in electronic PDF format.
Once we complete the variance review process, all 63 elementary schools will receive their Indices of Vitality Reports in electronic format later in February to serve as a tool for planning and review.
Catholic High School leaders will receive their next revised draft document of the High School Indices of Vitality at the February 9th High School Regional meeting. We welcome your vision, wisdom, and guidance for next steps.
Blessings always,
Sandy Smith, Carl Swenson, Vireak Ath
