The Examen Prayer Card

One of the Prayer Experiences we encourage through the Religion Standards in the middle school is the use of the Examen. I include a great resource shared with us from Ignatian Spirituality. The prayer card could be offered for home use, but it could also be the basis for a wonderful end-of-week extended prayer time for our sixth, seventh and eighth graders.
