Elementary Teachers – STEM Offering, “Engineering is Elementary”

"Engineering is Elementary" curriculum integrates engineering with the science topics you already teach. Fun, engaging engineering challenges that boost student interest in engineering.

Teachers can do these projects as often as once a month or two times a year. See eie.org for more information. Many projects are free from this online resource. Participants will also receive a curriculum packet at this training session.

Our presenter is Mr. Paul Burke, the science teacher at St. Matthew. Mr. Burke attended a teacher training workshop in fall 2014 to train teachers in this cutting edge program.

All are welcome. Please email kheerlihy@stmattschool.org to RSVP number of teachers and grades who wish to attend. There will be a lunch break from 12-1 on your own. Clock hours will be available.
