Important: The final Proportionate Share meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 5^th from 10:00 – 12:00 in the Auditorium of the John Stanford Center for Educational Excellence.

Dear Private School Representatives,

Please find and review the attached meeting notes from the Proportionate Share meeting held on March 18. While these notes reflect the collaborative consultation and discussion that occurred at the meeting, they do not reflect a final decision regarding Proportionate Share services for the 2015-16 school year.

A final decision will be made by the District, following a review of all input submitted for consideration by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1. Input may be submitted via email or phone conference. The District’s final decision will be announced at the Proportionate Share meeting on May 5^th, to be held at the John Stanford Center from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
