MARCH 15th CSD GOAL: To have ALL SCHOOL CERTIFIED EMPLOYEES fully enrolled in the ePortfolio portion of AppliTrack by March 15, 2010.
AppliTrack serves us in three key ways:
1) External applicant files: People interested in working in our schools.
2) Internal applicant files called Portfolios: Those people who are working in YOUR buildings.
3) Substitute Pools: People who work like to work in your school at some capacity of subbing.
It is the principal’s decision if ALL employees need to be on AppliTrack. Some schools would prefer not having to employees who are on short-term assignments to enter into AppliTrack. Please know this is fine but there is one area where it could impact you. The CSD will be organizing information about annual Service Awards based on the employee reports complied through AppliTrack.
THANK YOU! As of today: 1294 principals and teachers are fully enrolled in AppliTrack/ePortfolio. Keep going! Thank you!
6 of the 11 Catholic High Schools have met their AppliTrack requirements.
51 of the 62 elementary schools have achieved their AppliTrack requirements.
Respectfully submitted,
Sandra Barton Smith
