• Welcome Nancy Bradish - New Principal at Kennedy Catholic

    Dear School Leaders,

In January 2014, we began the search for the next principal of Kennedy Catholic High School upon my appointment by Archbishop Sartain to president. An extensive national search followed and I’m very pleased to announce the naming of Ms. Nancy Bradish as the next principal of Kennedy Catholic. She will begin her appointment this summer.

Ms. Bradish has worked in elementary and secondary education for over 15 years and currently serves as director for human resources in the Aurora School District in Illinois. She has served as principal, vice principal and teacher in schools in Illinois since 2005. Prior to moving to the Midwest, she worked as a department chair and teacher at Bishop Blanchet High School in Seattle. She holds a BA in education from Pacific Lutheran University and a Masters of Education Administration from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois.

In the principal role, Ms. Bradish will serve as the educational leader of the school and administrator in the everyday operations of Kennedy Catholic. She shares, “As I join the Kennedy Catholic faculty and staff, I embrace a community that is committed to providing a quality Catholic education for all students. I appreciate the honor I have been given to work with a dedicated community to build upon the already strong foundation that has been established and to continue the growth of a great Kennedy Catholic High School.” Ms. Bradish, her husband and their daughter will relocate to the Pacific Northwest early this summer.

I applaud our tireless search committee (led by Ms. Christine Smith) for their dedication and determination to find the best possible person for this leadership position. Join me in warmly welcoming Ms. Nancy Bradish to the Kennedy Catholic staff and family.

    God bless,

    Michael Prato
    President
    Kennedy Catholic
