Dear School Leaders,

Please read the May 2015 Parish Financial Services Newsletter for specific updates as the end of the fiscal year is approaching. A special thank you to Scott Bader, Director of PFS and Sarah Diama, Assistant Director of PFS, for their collaborative efforts to support and enhance the Indices of Vitality - Finances initiative.

In this monthly newsletter, page 3 focuses on School Finances Best Practices and the supporting OCS Program 80 Protocol and Timeline document can be found on page 7. We thank the PAAs and School Bookkeepers for their support and expertise as we build a cohesive protocol to reconcile school budgets accurately which will merge into the Parish Annual Report which is due by August 15.
