New Insurance Guidance for Students and Adults Travelling Internationally

For Level I and Level IB Schools,

The Archdiocese has a new policy requiring International Medical Coverage with coverage available for purchase (about $3/day) through Arthur Gallagher for international travel including mission trips. The 4 key forms are attached in this article for quick reference or please use the link to the Archdiocese insurance website to secure the waiver forms you will want to use:

Additionally, all adults must secure:
Adult Release of Liability / Medical Release (for adults traveling)
