Child Care Centers and School-Age Licensing Orientations through DEL

Washington State Department of Early Learning (DEL) offers on-going Licensing Orientations throughout the year around the state. Specifically,

Child Care Centers and School-Age Programs

People who are interested in becoming licensed to operate a child care center or school-age program must attend an in-person orientation, which are held around the state, in English and in Spanish. To reserve a spot, call the DEL office listed with the orientation you would like to attend.

For example, for the city of Renton, the following dates of Child Care Center Orientations are:
9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
February 17, 2015
May 27, 2015
August 20, 2015
November 18, 2015
