    Digital Tools for Personalized and Blended Learning (ONLINE)

    With the support of funding from the Microsoft Shape the Future project, OSPI, and the Association of Educational Service Districts’ (AESD) Network, this FREE class has been developed for K-12 teachers cross state. Entirely online, participants will work independently and share ideas with other participants through the online portal. Explore digital tools and create plans and projects to incorporate into your classroom. Be part of a learning community by sharing your plans with other participants and drawing on their feedback and advice so that you can achieve success as you bring personalized and blended learning into your classroom.     Create Instructional Videos and Flip Your Classroom!

    Learn how to create and use instructional videos to free yourself up to work one-on-one or in small groups with your students. See how to flip a classroom and learn the benefits of that teaching strategy. This 20-hour, hybrid training (online and face-to-face) has the following schedule:

    Leveraging Google Forms: Basics and Advanced

    Google Forms are probably the most useful of all the Google tools and can be used even if your students don’t have Google accounts. The morning session (8:30-11:30) will cover the Basics of Google Forms. Learn how to create and share forms like simple online surveys, checks for understanding, and more! The afternoon session (12:30-3:30) will show you how to combine forms with other Google Apps, use script to make Forms even more powerful, and help ease some of your workload.
