We have a two-week window for the annual Fall Data collection to capture student enrollment and more. Once the 2015 archdiocesan data is captured, it is shared with the National Catholic Education Association (NCEA) to add our data to the national snapshot of Catholic schools. We are grateful for each school's commitment to track, verify and enter 'clean' data. In order to fulfill the compliance requirements, it may be helpful to review various data reports so you can study your patterns and see what areas of information will need to be updated to match the current reality of your school.
How to prepare? Please pull your 2014-2015 records from last Fall's data collection so you can review all the areas of input and can start organizing your new information for the 2015 data collection. There are some minor edits and we will be including a direction sheet with Glossary of Terms to help mitigate any confusion when the link goes "live" next Monday, September 21st.

Reports for School Leaders: Our dynamic databases allow us to gather data in real time so school leaders have access to data at various levels: local school data, PreK-8 school data, high school data, regional data, and overall Archdiocesan data. Access to these reports is immediate and based on the local administration's access level that have been assigned within the CSED (Catholic Schools Employee Database).
